If emotional wounds could be visible, my face would be bleeding.

Grief is a complex emotion, and time itself does not heal. By not giving ourselves room for grieving, we postpone the healing process. and mine has been delayed for decades.

On the path to deeper consciousness, I remind myself that I’m allowed to feel what I feel, and it is safe to grieve.
